The Renatus-Marna Kaz'Ulrah Pact

Issued and Confirmed by His Royal Majesty, Aurelius of the House of Horen, 6th of The Amber Cold, 1664

 

Upon the formation of the N.A.A it was agreed and decided by the former Crown Prince, Constantine of the House of Horen, that come the dissolution or conclusion of the N.A.A that non-aggression pacts would be offered out to each signatory of the alliance. It is due to this that the two sovereign nations of Renatus and Kaz'Ulrah convened to discuss and finalise the prospects of such an agreement to be made. Expectantly, one was quickly created and penned. A Non-Aggression Pact between the two sovereign nations. The Pact must be upheld and adhered to by the citizens and sovereign families of their nations, and if the clause is broken a truce will occur wherein the signatory participants have a grand sum of three saints days to convene. This pact expires every five saints weeks, come the expiry then the two nations can once more convene to discuss the potential of a renewal of this pact.

   I. The Crown of Renatus-Marna and the Kingdom of Kaz'Ulrah will henceforth invoke and adhere to the basic principle and standards of a non-aggression. All squadrons dispatched in an active effort against the others’ border will return home-bound, permitting free passage; furthermore, prisoners of war will be relinquished unharmed.

 

   II. The Crown of Renatus-Marna and the Kingdom of Kaz'Ulrah will henceforth invoke a trade-agreement, permitting the free flow of trade between the sovereign citadels and its vassals unhindered.

As aforementioned, in the event of either two clauses being broken, will the two sovereign nations of Renatus-Marna and Kaz'Ulrah convene in an effort to discuss the plausibility of the Accord’s survivability in, perhaps, potential, and unfortunate trying times. A sum of three saints days will be bequeathed, wherein a truce will be raised. In the event that this truce is broken, then there is an initiation of war, concluded by either peaceful agreement or right by conquest.
