The Kaz’Ulrah Holm Pact

 

The spread of Urguan’s Children across the lands of Atlas has seen many cities and states grow strong under his guidance. The growth in strength of both the nation of Kaz’Ulrah and the Republic of Holm has seen the two peoples interactions come to a head. It is important that with these first diplomatic interactions that we establish a positive outlook towards our future. Namely, a non-aggression pact. It is with the hope that we sign this document that our nations will only grow in strength and our hands bound by friendship will shine a glowing light upon this harsh world.  The Pact must be upheld and adhered to by all citizens and families of their sovereign nation, and if a clause is broken then a period of truce for five stone days shall be held where disputes may be solved. The pact itself comes up for renewal every 4 stone weeks, and must be decided upon unanimously if the treaty is to be upheld.

 I. The Kingdom of Kaz’Ulrah and the Republic of Holm will henceforth invoke and adhere to the basic principle and standards of a non-aggression. All squadrons dispatched in an active effort against the others’ border will return home-bound, permitting free passage; furthermore, prisoners of war will be relinquished unharmed.

 

  II. The Kingdom of Kaz’Ulrah and the Republic of Holm will henceforth invoke a trade-agreement, permitting the free flow of trade between the sovereign citadels and its vassals unhindered.
