The return of the Skull Pirates

 

Someone hung recruiting letters all around Atlas almost every village, town and city. These read: 

The Green Skull Pirates have returned to the oceans of Atlas. Do you want to keep to a small list of rules and be a free man? Do you want to be on the hunt for treasure? Do you want to devote your life to a crew as close as a family? Then joining the Green Skull Pirates may be for you! We are the most feared pirates among pirates, we are the pirates that hunt pirates. Yes we might steal, Yes we might hurt or kill anyone in the way of our goals. But we will help eachother or anyone innocent. We have returned to the sea's. We will dominate the coastline again. All races are welcome, many believe a woman on board brings bad luck but we think otherwise. Woman are welcome too. Fill in the form. Tell us your name, Tell us your gender, Tell us your race, Tell us the position you want and most important of all tell us your story with reasoning why you want to join a pirate hunting pirate crew. We will listen to your personal quest, we will help you with it we will be one family. When you filled the form send a bird, just let the bird smell the paper he will find the way. Someone will send one back with anwser.

Do not betray the crew/captain.

Do not kill or steal from the innocent.

Follow the captains or the first mates commant in fights.

In the city's of Marna, Santegia and Sutica are other forms too, these are for a fleet sailing under the Skull Pirates flag. The same rules apply. This paper reads:
