Treaty of Pembrokeshire and Order of Ursus

Written and confirmed on 8th of the Amber Cold 1680

 

Edward Suffolk, Count of Pembroke on behalf of the County of Pembrokeshire and Ser Wilhelm Karl Devereux, Patriarch of House Devereux and E. Arthur Devereux on behalf of the Order of Ursus have met in Pembroke City in the County of Pembrokeshire, and agreed upon upholding the following articles, as long as they are in no violation of the laws and decrees of the Empire of Man:

 

Article I – Liabilities of the Order of Ursus

Order of Ursus hereby commits to defend the lands, citizens, property and rights of the County of Pembrokeshire and the claims and rights of House of Suffolk on the County of Pembrokeshire.

 

Article II – Liabilities of County of Pembrokeshire

Count of Pembroke hereby commits to assist the Order of Ursus in terms of resources, including but not limited to manpower and issue the annexed comital charter allowing the operations of the Order in County of Pembrokeshire.

 

Article III – Effective Time

As long as Edward Suffolk remains the Count of Pembroke and Ser Wilhelm Karl Devereux the Patriarch of House Devereux or this Treaty is not cancelled by both parties, this Treaty will remain in effect.
