Brief description:

 

The Main City:

The Free State of Sutica is a known hub of trade with an extensive merchant district in the front of the city, and a large harbour in the rear of the city. It’s laws are built to allow all manners of people who wish to do no harm to live in the nation, and because of this it has led to a large variety of players and several unique groups in the Federation which will be described later. Politically, Sutica is an actively neutral nation under the absolute rule of the Trade Monarch who delegates power to their ministers and advisors.

 

Internal Groups:

Many groups exist within the Federation of Sutica. Including the Way of the Waves a group of folk who are focused on worshiping the sea itself. Everything they make they do with materials claimed from the ocean. Everything they eat as well. They worship the Sea Mother, Dresdrasil, and her 9 demigod children. The entire group is split into three sects, each following different traits personified by different sea monster demigods. Basivally we are fishers and hunters and crafters, but everything is centered on the sea. Contact JuniperSelkie#6227 for more information. The metal-workers guild is a small union of smiths, joined with the purpose of finding more business, a chance to learn more, as well as acquire things from other smiths to assist in their own work. Directions:

Head immediately south of cloud temple turn right at the first fork (there will be a sign) and follow along the main road until you reach the small tower and overhang across the road, continue along the main road until you see the split with two bridges and the market district across the river. That is Sutica.
