A Pact of Stag and Snow

 

5th of The Grand Harvest, 1724

A Pact of Stag and Snow, a treatise signed by both the Dual Sovereignty of Irrinor and the Princedom of Fenn, with the purpose of maintaining peaceful relations between the two neighboring nations, shall be enacted immediately and fully, via the full force and authority of their respective nations and administrations, to be enforced in its intended spirit, according to all articles contained herein, to be subject to renewal every four years, pending approval by both signatories, or their successors.

Section I - Sovereignty 


ARTICLE I - The signatories recognize the reign of Grand Prince Aelthos Tundrak as the true governing body of the Mali’fenn.

 

ARTICLE II - The signatories recognize the reigns of the Prince Avius Csarathaire and Prince Artanis Caerme’onn as the governing body of Irrinor.

Section II - Non-Aggression
 

ARTICLE III - The two signatories included in this agreement swear to the terms of non-aggression towards each other. Members of the signatory nations shall make efforts to preserve this peace by refraining from violence. 


ARTICLE IV - In the event that crimes are committed involving citizens of the signatory nations, a binational court shall be convened to address the crime.

Section III - Protection
 

ARTICLE V - The Fennic armed forces, the Ivae’fenn, shall have access to all roads, pathways, and outskirts surrounding Irrinor without prohibition. The to-be established military force of Irrinor shall have the same.
ARTICLE VI - Members of the Ivae’fenn shall not under any circumstances enact the laws of the Princedom within Irrinor’s lands. Members of the Irrinite armed forces shall not enact their law on the Princedom’s land.
ARTICLE VII - Both the Ivae’Fenn and the to-be establish military force of Irrinor shall have easy access to the other’s city in the interest of mutual defence, not to be hindered by locked gates

ARTICLE VIII- The Ivae’fenn shall have the ability to arrest bandits or raiders within Irrinite territory to assure the safety of both nations. In a similar manner, Irrinite forces are given the authority to reprimand bandits and raiders in Fennic territories.

Section V - Ambassadors

 

ARTICLE I - The Fennic ambassador to Irrinor shall be: Lady Chrom’ilvya Atmorice, High Emissary of the Evar’hileian.
 

ARTICLE II - The Irrinite ambassador to Fenn shall be: Prince Artanis Caerme’onn
