The Oren-Urguan Peace Treaty of 1725

 


War for the sake of war is senseless and violent. War, after all, is not for the sake of blood, but a form of diplomacy, and on this day, diplomacy achieved a grand result, peace. The Under-Realms of Urguan and the nations and territories of men shall henceforth cease all hostilities and enter a treaty of white peace with additional treaties to be negotiated at a later date. It is a glorious day in Arcas, foreshadowing a better tomorrow.

 

TREATY ARTICLES:

 

I. The Under-Realm of Urguan and the Holy Orenian Empire shall enter a state or perpetual peace.

II. The Under Realm of Urguan shall recognize Adrian I Sarkozic as the rightful Emperor of the Holy Orenian Empire.

III. The Under-Realm of Urguan and the Holy Orenian Empire shall enter a both defensive and offensive military alliance.

IV. The Under-Realm of Urguan and the Holy Orenian Empire shall mutually recognize the Serene Duchy of Cathlon as usurpers to the Republic of Ves.

V. The Under-Realm of Urguan and the Holy Orenian Empire shall mutually recognize that the Kingdom of Curon as enemies to their respective states.

VI. The Under-Realm of Urguan and the Holy Orenian Empire shall mutually recognize the terms of the Pax Orenia as henceforth null and void.

VII. The Under-Realm of Urguan and the Holy Orenian Empire shall mutually recognize the Under-Realm of Urguan as the proper ruler of Da Arakh Agnarmar, and those territories held underneath.

VIII. The Holy Orenian Empire shall recognize the transfer of the following titles to the Under-Realm of Urguan:

-The Kingdom of Kaz’Ulrah

-The Duchy of Avar
