This pact serves as a non-aggression pact between the following signee states:

 

The War Nation of Krugmar as represented by Scorpion and The Medri Negasi of Seyam as represented by Serpent.

This pact affirms:

The benefactors have formally agreed to the terms of a standard non-aggression pact, both entities promising to halt all conflict between one another, both rising or recurring, and their client states henceforth within their borders and outside of them as well.

 

፪ | Open-Borders

 

All benefactors have formally agreed to open their borders to each others’ military, citizenry, administration, etcetera. These groups are to enter when confirmed of their allegiances, unharmed and unobstructed unless otherwise stated by law. However, when within the borders of the others’ nation, these groups are subject to their respective laws.

 

፫ | Recurrence        

All benefactors have formally agreed to meet every decade to confirm the necessity of this pact and update it as needed.
