Statherian 3313 Share Posted March 23, 2020 The Treaty Of Vira Bay, 1760 To secure the Mali’ker Hegemony Upon the signing of this treaty, the Kingdom of Renelia and the Principality of Vira Bay shall agree to the following terms: Zaos Val’Ullr-Puerir will immediately cease any usage of Vira’ker titles, and shall instead rebrand his settlement to be henceforth known as Vira Bay. They also recognize that the Vira’ker titles are held by Evar’tir Ithelanen, Ashen King of Vira’ker. The titles shall remain with Everart’ir, but he shall hold no power within the territories of Vira Bay Vira Bay and the Kingdom of Renelia shall agree to adhere to a strict non-aggression pact, under all circumstances. Both parties agree to respect each other's territories. The Kingdom of Renelia encompassing the Keep of Temesch, the Plains of Camlannen and the Plateau of Lanthres. Vira Bay will cease any and all claims to being a Mali’ker state. Instead, they shall recognize The Kingdom of Renelia as the sole protectors of the Ashen Folk and the bastion of Mali’ker unity. The Vira Bay will renounce any and all claims to Mali’ker hegemony, and will not engage in diplomacy with Arcasian nations as a Mali’ker state, nor with Arcasian states other than Renelia who lay claim to the Mali’ker hegemony. The parties commit to a mutual agreement of extradition for any individuals from their respective territories deemed to have commited a legal transgression in the other signatory state. All additional aggressions, listed in a separate missive, as agreed to by both signatories go in direct violation of this treaty, if committed by either signatory state.
