REFORMS OF THE ROYAL DUMA, 1762

Issued by the Lord Speaker, Henrik Vanir | 10th of Msitza and Dargund, 315 ES

THE over-saturated and filled nature of the Royal Duma has caused interruptions in the efficiency of the chamber. Therefore, the Royal Herzen, with the approval of Koeng Sigismund II, decrees the following,

  • The seats of the current and future cadet branches of noble houses will no longer be counted in attendance. Their parent house is capable of representing their interests.
  • The seat of Archbishop will no longer be counted in attendance. The Church’s interest are aptly and always represented.
  • The seat of Exchequer will no longer be counted in attendance. The Crown’s interests are aptly and always represented.

IV JOVEO MANN,

His Excellency, Henrik of the House of Vanir, Lord Speaker of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, Baron of Vasiland, Kraken’s Watch, and Lorentz

“Removing the seat of God!” Mr H. McScribley would spit upon the cobbles, as he reads the missive.
