-==-Seers-==-
Seers are individuals that have proven themselves able and responsible enough to be verified as a seer.Knowledgeable and in control of his emotions the Seer guides communities to be closer with the Brathmordakin and to try to be an example of a good dwarf. For this reason it is recommended that each clan has a Seer which the clan members can come to in their times of need for answers and guidance.

-=-Communion with the Brathmordakin-=-
The main task of a Seer is to commune with the world around him/her either by action: Active comunion, or inaction: Inactive Comunion. In an Active Comunion the Seer does certain actions in the physical plain to reach a communion with a Brathmordakin. For example, a Seer that also works as a smith can create a rite through his smithing so that he may analyse the sparks made by his anvil and hammer to try to commune with Yemekar the Brathmordakin of the forge. One of the most powerful active comunions is the one created during childbirth with Anbella. In that moment one can truly feel Anbella’s blessing and will.
During Inactive Comunions the Seers are to do nothing and just try to become one with the world around them and by correlation also the Brathmordakin. In this way the Seer is able to understand the world through its own eyes. The most powerful Inactive Comunion is the one done with Dungrimm when one dies and before their soul is taken to Kaz’A’Dentrumm. The Seer becomes one with the world and leaves a piece of themselves in the world before they are taken by Dungrimm. In this moment the meaning of the physical world is granted to them.

-=-Rites-=-
Rites tend to be either ceremonies that teach about the faith, Active Comunions done in a ceremonial manner for a group of people, or a trial that is meant to bring someone closer to the Brathmordakin. Rites also include sacrifices, weddings, and burials, all guided and overseen by Seers.

-=-Counselorhip-=-
Seers are often sought out by dwarves for guidance be it social or spiritual. A Seer is meant to remain in control of their emotions to be able to see events as they happen as clearly as possible. Seers are not missionaries and do not teach those that are not interested in the deeper secrets of the faith. However, Seers do partake in ending heresies like blaspheming against the braths, killing undead, and generally fighting the forces of Khorvad.

-=-Mentorship-=-
One of the tasks of the Seer is also to make sure that there is a next generation of guides for the society. To this end Seers are expected to eventually become mentors to other dwarves that wish to understand the secrets of the faith and the powers that lie behind them.

-==-Apprentice-==-

-=-Apprenticehood-=-

During apprenticehood an apprentice is expected to try to learn about the core basics of the Brathmordakin if they are not yet aware of them. Once the apprentice has learned the basics they would start to be taught about the different aspects of Seerdom, from what herbs to use in rituals, to how to commune with certain Brathmordakin, to things to avoid.

-=-Trial-=-
In the end of Apprenticeship the apprentice is to go through two trials. the Trial of Greed where the apprentice will be tempted by their greatest desire. Wether the apprentice falls to desire or not is irrelevant but is meant to allow the apprentice to know what type of individual they are. Then there is the Trial of Fear where the apprentice will face their deepest fears to test how grounded to the Brathmordakin the apprentice is. If the mind is not broken by the Trials the Apprentice will become a certified Seer.

An aged dwed reads of the newly founded order and scowls. “T’ say un speaks fer th’ Brat’mordakin outsoide th’ ‘igh Preceptor is ‘ereceh o’ th’ ‘ighest ordeh. T’is should nae beh allowed t’ proceed.” He takes out a pen and paper to begin drafting a letter to the High Preceptor, asking for advice on the matter.

Dhaen Grandaxe tiredly reads of the order by the warm light of the tavern’s hearth.

“W’en a’ say de clergeh need’d a’ change-up, a’ did’nae mean fer som’ dwed tu make an even worse version o’ ‘et. Yemekar ‘elp de’ ‘eretics w’o t’ink dey can’ talk fo’ de Gods.”

Balrog chuckles softly, letting his pick rest against the side of the pit he was digging in before moving his eyes to the stone far above him. ”It is funneh, I was a heretic fer following K’orvad after nae being taug’t... but now a young lad..  is being called an heretic for sayin w’at te’ Gods ‘ave led ‘im tu do? Nae, this is just te’ Urguanites ‘aving sticks up t’eir arses. Oi’ve dealt wit’ teh ‘ypocrisy t’at Urguan ‘as dealt meh, but maybe a’ deserved it. T’is lad ‘ere... e’ does nae. And boi ‘aving anot’er way of s’aring t’at knowledge... t’is s’ould be a t’ing of joy!” Sighs in disappointment before grabbing his pickaxe and striking the rock once more.

Lija looks upon the document she reads and shrugs “It’s da same religion, da same faith, just da lad has different ideas, Yemekar praises creation do nae forget dis is an act of creation, heretical it’s nae, nothing I see is wrong, grow up kin for focks sake and let da lad want to have his view, da lad nae claims to directly speak to da Gods only to take what life has given yeh to depict what it means, these wild claims are of fools”

Uldraek Goldhand would finish his prayer in front of his private shrine, depicting Armakak “The Merchant Father”. After getting up, he’d reach into his pocket, taking out a trinket of Ar Yemarin Anaros. The dwarf would slowly sigh, but then hear the news about a new religious orderA’, dwed wif’ different view upon our makers. A’ wis’ ‘em da best. he’d say as he’d put his trinket of Ar Yemarin Anaros back into his pocket.

[!] As Beorn Cottonwood would return to the village of his kin from one of his daily hunts, word had spread about the claim of heresy, and this would surprise the young High Chief. “T’e seers do nae hold aneh other theologeh, morals or spiritualiteh from me and you... onleh the liturgeh differs. T’eh wah t’eh s’ow t’eir lof fer t’eh Brathmordaken differen does nae make ya a heretec. Or so oie belef. Theh seers ere nae replacement fer t’eh clergeh, but just offe a new wah to s’ow yer faith to t’eh Brath. And mhe bein part ef bot’ t’eh clergeh and t’eh seers proves t’at. Thoug’ ef ya feel oie’m en t’eh wrong ‘ere Norleh.. feel free to contact mhe old froind.”

Azkel Graybeard would place down his pen from within his office, returning all of the books to his shelves before making a statement to those around him, “Any Dwed who claims to be a voice of the Gods is nothing but a conman looking to gain traction in a world where he is not heard otherwise. The Gods do not speak to us directly, they leave us to judge our actions on our own. All this heretical conman seeks to gain is power and a voice capable of harming many through the made up words supposedly brought to him by our Gods. This man is a Heretic for his attempts to claim he has visions of the Gods, and a criminal for attempting to preach his nonsense to the masses. A reckoning shall come of unknown proportion against this heretic and any who stand with him”. Azkel’s typically calm demeanor would have changed into one of rage, before settling back into his normal self “May Ograhad’s knowledge show that this man is nothing but a fraud, and may he be tried like the criminal he is”.

Doctor Maggie Cottonwood lets out a low hum as she reads the post, having heard of the rumours spouted from it from her husband. Her calm expression doesn’t falter as she finishes the last words and simply walks away. Soon she would be back in Hefrumm, watching the fish dance in the clear waters. “Tranquiliteh...” Maggie mumbles, her smile ever present “Ah onleh ‘ope der such in des messy werld we live en... Can’t we jus’ prey ouah own weys wit’oot judgemen’?” She shakes her head, green hair bouncing in the wind, before heading home to care for her many pets.

Andrus Treebeard would shrug ‘erese’? oi t’ink nae, but t’is is koinda too long of context for somet’in t’at is small...” He’d say before heading back to the library
