Why can you not accomplish the niche of this lair’s roleplay in an existing settlement or nation? (We expect a substantial answer for this, not just ‘I don’t like them’).
We can but not always can we be free to do what needs to be done and can get the correct people to help build. We are often frantic when the nation and or charters dissolve and we are forced to pick up everything we have and move as soon as possible. Not to mention the number of times all our things get evicted.  As a nomadic group, it creates some chaotic situations to move and ask ros for our big group to get approval to build and move. If we had the region, I feel it would be quite easier than what is now. 
What does this lair add to the greater world around them?:  We are a bard group, like a mini circus we bring cheer and greater roleplay for all around us. It helps us share our culture with the people around us. And give them a better roleplay experience as a whole.

Hi, I talked to you a bit in PM’s about this application, however, we did not seem to get to a consensus about what you need. Before fully ruling on what is going to happen with this Lair Application can you please expand on where or if you need a region. If you do not need a region there is not much of a point for this app. If you do end up losing your home, I think we would be more able to help with setting up a spot for camp roleplay. If you want, you can edit your responses to the questions above and send me a PM on Discord when you have reconsidered that point.
