PREAMBLE

This article serves as a formal pact agreement between Krugmar and Rubern.

Section I. Non-Aggression

Signatories have agreed to the following terms regarding non-aggression:

   -Signing parties refrain from participating in any conflicts that put them at odds with one another.

   -Signing parties refrain from joining wars either in support or at odds with the other signatory. 

   -Signing parties recognize Krugmar and Rubern as sovereign lands and agree to respect the laws, customs, and religions of both nations while within their borders.

   -Signing parties formally enter a pact of non-aggression. The pact will last for five years with a tribute of one thousand mina per year to be paid to Krugmar. Upon expiry, renewal of the pact can be agreed to if both Krugmar and Rubern are willing to extend it.

 

 

 


Section II. Movement

Signatories have agreed to the following terms regarding movement:

   -Krugmar will allow free movement and protection to any citizen of Rubern within their borders, and vice versa.

   -The mutual extradition of any individuals from their respective territories if accused of a legal transgression in a signing party’s area of influence.

Hadvar in his old age scratches his chin in thought, "This reminds me of bloodshed, blade on blade...Krugmar used to have a close bond to Rubern and I'm glad this has been restored. Hopefully we can stop the Imperial invasion of this wonderful City." Is uttered to his Squire. "For the AIS..." The old General said quietly so no one else could hear. He understood that they would not assist the Ruberni in War, but it was an excellent step to keeping the City that used to call him their Scoutmaster safe.
