The Main Focus

 

Anbella’s Grace is a medical institution based out of Urguan and independent of the outside world tasked with ensuring medical care for dwarves and its quality. The dwarven race being a hardy folk, the medics of the guild (ironically enough) prioritize efficiency over grace in their medical treatment, trusting in dwarven fortitude to bear through any discomfort so the treatment may be done swiftly. The medics are, as many other facets of dwarven society, industrious in their care, however as the name would suggest devoted to the religious nature of their work, often cooperating with priests of da Kirkja Dverga to craft prayers. They worship Anbella in particular.

 

Culture and Aesthetic
 

To achieve our goal of a unique medical community we strive to create a bit of culture and create a unique aesthetic. We mostly want to center this around effectiveness, a pinch of the dwarven religion, typical dwarven directness and bluntness and a little bit of an unrefined vibe. We also embrace the militaristic vibe all of Urguan shares. The ingame slogan or credo will be “ Da Krazdran kahanir Ardol nevrumm enduroz”. This translates into The battle against blood, never ending.

 

 

Main Goals
-Provide a stable medical community

-Provide fun and interesting rp for Urguans medics

-Create a distinctly dwarven way of practicing medicine

-Creating dwarven medical knowledge( both in the form of books and ooc things like dwarven physiology.)

-Ensuring and guarding the quality of medical rp.
-Becoming the main authority on dwarven medicine
-Becoming a guild

 

Organization

First Medic:
-Serves as the main authority in the organization
-Delegates power downwards
-Keeps track of the overall progress

Second Medic:
-Serves as a council under the First Medic
-FM chooses someone from the council to be their right hand
-Different SM’s are in charge of different things, for example combat medics, head nurse, apothecary and general civilian treatment

Senior Medic:

-A regular, more experienced medic
-Can train new medics

Medic:
-A regular medic that has passed training, though is still relatively inexperienced
-Can oversee the training of new medics


Medic Trainee:
-An initiate in the organization, can oversee treatment of patients
-May treat their own medics after basic training under a medic’s oversight

 

Nurse: 

-an initiate in the organisation who has chosen to do their part in combating the less lethal but still dangerous illnesses 

 

Example of some of the many services the guild will provide :

- Healtcare for all dwed

- Making dwarven medical supplies

- Teaching the next generation medics
