Haeseni Chamber of Commerce

Hereby I, Grand Maer Karl Amador, declare the establishment of the Haeseni Chamber of Commerce (HCC), on behalf of the partaking members, acting as chairman of said HCC. After meeting with a group of business owners we found it within the best interest, with the current economic and financial circumstances and those of the future in mind, to move to the creation of such a body.

Founding Members
Wittenbach Warenhaus Otto Wittenbach
Roger & Co. Elijah Roger, Eleanora Mannox
Barclay Bargains House Barclay
Ruthern Co. Ltd. House Ruthern

Uses and benefits of the HCC
-Platform for discussion and cooperation between businesses as well as a means of communication between businesses and the government.
-First choice or exclusivity in certain things like events with stalls to sell goods, material orders from the (city) government or possibly the army, as well as matters like advertising possibilities.
-Acces to a workplace for purposes of sharing equipment ((Things like gear that increases proficiency and hammers/saws)).
-Platform for the possibility of offers regarding financial interests or trade interests coming from either the population or government.
(Being the group to turn to for matters like people wanting to sell or buy stuff, or take up a loan/make some other monetary agreement).

Members will meet regularly when necessary to discuss anything that concerns the HCC and in making any significant decision, each present member gets a vote on the matter, rather than the chairman making decisions by himself. The HCC should serve to offer possibilities and prospects to its members, not to limit them and their business practices in any way.

Becoming a member
Currently it is free to become a member of the HCC though this might change in the future if the members’ assembly deems it fit (think of something like a sign up fee). What this means is that if one considers joining, it is wise to do so sooner rather than later. If you wish to join the HCC with your business, contact Grand Maer Karl Amador. ((Sander#0004))

Your obedient servant,
K. Amador

Businessman Brandt Barclay gives a thumbs up to the Maer's work and initiative. "Last meeting went gut. Ich bin sure, the ones to come will be even better" he said before putting the pamphlet down as he rested behind his counter inside the Barclat Bagain store.
