For her diligence in duties as Tilruir'lauriran, LAURIR ANETHRA URADIR has proven herself a marvelous choice. I rescind my previous statement that Nelgauth Maehr’tehral may retire when he is dead, and now assert that Nelgauth may retire when it is appropriate. Laurir Uradir, however, may not retire until her service to the Silver State has left her an empty shell floating in the wind. Oho.
