The Pre-Existing Properties Act

PRE-EXISTING PROPERTIES ACT

 

In the authority of the GRAND COUNCIL and its authority over the lands of Urguan, this act is created to address the relations with pre-existing lands and holds within the Grand Kingdom.

 

1. Hefrumm -  Village of the Forest Dwarves.

   1. Hefrumm’s government shall pay 150 minas a week to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.

2. Utak Ireheart Memorial Home - Gifted Estate to the veteran Utak Ireheart.

   1. The property owner shall pay 150 minas a week to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.

   2. Should Utak Ireheart ever relinquish ownership of the estate to an heir, the contract would have to be renegotiated. 

   3. No housing other than that of the property owner shall be built on the estate.

   4. No additions to the estate are to be made without renegotiation of the contract.

      1. Designs internal and external may be changed, just no addition to shape and size of structures

3. Dunheim -  Gifted Estate to the Honored Balek Irongut.

   1. For the first stone week after this act’s passing, the fields shall be made open to the public to account for the food shortage.

      1. The Sheep grazing field shall be made open as well.

   2. So long as the Honored Balek Irongut is the living owner of Dunheim there shall be no tax levied on the estate.

   3. Whoever inherits the property next shall be made to pay a tax of 150 minas or otherwise renegotiate the deal.

   4. The borders of Dunheim shall not be extended without a new contract made with the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.

   5. No housing other than that of the property owner shall be built on Dunheim.
