Tile improvement cost dropped to 5k from 10k Tile improvement weekly upkeep dropped from 100 mina to 50 mina. Tiles themselves still cost 100 mina each weekly. Added costs to bankers, auction houses, and green pillars. Set some limits as well. Tidbit for the day....
