~ Overview ~
 

Until subsequent review, with reprieve and exemptions only to be granted under the authority of the Crown and government, the following parties are hereby banished from the Princedom of Elvenesse and all the lands encompassed within its dominion: 

•  Avaeramos (aliases Enrique, Ithelanen)

 

Those found to be in contempt of this ruling are to submit themselves to escort and removal from the land encompassing the Princedom of Elvenesse. Refusal to do so shall be deemed an act of open hostility and met with a sufficient display of lawful force.

- The willful, deliberate and conscious betrayal of his Oath to the Citadel and the Crown, which he gave before the Prince and the Gods of Forest and Stone. Collusion with the Usurper, whose forces threatened the nation many times in the Age of Strife, as evidenced by his assumption of the name ‘Ithelanen’ and claim to the title of ‘Mortal King’. As cited in the Indor Tiran:

 

(CrL) 5.8. Desertion: An act by which an individual unlawfully abandons his post and duty within the military apparatus. A felony.

 

(CrL) 5.4. Collusion: An act by which an individual attempts to undermine the Crown and Government via willingly and actively cooperating with malicious entities or known enemies of the Princedom of Elvenesse. Treason.

 

 - The willful, deliberate and conscious murder of a citizen of Elvenesse, in the Glade of Siramenor of Arcas. Witnessed and reported by a citizen of Elvenesse.

 

(CrL) 1.7. Murder in the 1st Degree: An act by which an individual commits an unlawful act of violence, with premeditation, that leads to the death of another.  A felony.
