As written in S. Auspice, Horen alone God has made ruler over all peoples and kingdoms, so that he may preserve God's children in the girdle of charity and unity of the faith.

 

The number of the ungodly has so much grown in power that there is no nation in Almaris nor the world that they have not tried to corrupt with their wicked doctrines. 

 

Antony of Hyspia has embraced the errors of heretics and incurs automatic excommunication for refusing communion with the mother church.

 

Seeing his mind so indurate that he refuses the  admonitions from his people that have tried to cure and convert him, we are compelled to take up against him the weapons of justice. As a heretic and favourer of heretics, Antony of Hyspia and his adherents incur the sentence of anathema and to be cut off from the unity of the mother church.

 

We declare him deprived of his pretended title of princedom aforesaid, of any dominion under man, and any dignity and privilege afforded to the worshipful.

 

All nobles and subjects and people of the Hyspian realm and all others who have sworn oaths unto him are forever absolved from such oaths and duties arising from allegiance and obedience.

 

Those who shall act contrary to this shall be included in the sentence of excommunication.

He'd call his Norlandic Puffin to his side before rolling, sealing and sending the letter to the Church, as well as sending copies to any interested.
