RESTORATION OF THE TRIUMVIRATE AND THE OKARIR’SAN

MALI’THILL,

 

Elheial’thilln has once more deliberated upon this day that which is necessary for the preservation of Silver, Mali’thill. It is through this prerogative that the Blessed Triumvirate has been restored to law, enshrined with the sanctified duty of purveying Larihei’s will for the purity of our race. Alongside Theris Elibar’acal, it has been decreed that one Kolvar Uradir (@Iverach) shall be assigned as the second Mediir’sae, under my office as Elsohaer of Haelun’or. The offices remain open to the democratic practices of blessed Haelun’or, and may be challenged by any willing contender.

 

The historical position of Okarir’san, Master of the Word, has also been restored to Elheial’thilln to better expedite the diplomacy, judiciary and transparency of the matters of the State. 

 

The blessed citizenry is thus called upon again to rise up for this esteemed station. Let your competence be known Mali’thill, and Elheial’tuva shall decide your worthiness.

Duties and Privileges of The Okarir’san

 

Legislative and judiciary power shall be vested in a Okarir’san of the venerable Heial’thilln who shall serve as the administrator of external and internal diplomatic affairs, correspondence, written letters, and the judicial system of blessed Haelun’or.

The Okarir’san shall be tasked with the creation and relation of both external and internal diplomatic information to and from the Sohaer, the maintenance of city spirits through the publishment of information to the blessed Mali’aheral people, the revision and clarification of the law that binds all children of Larihei as well as its enforcement and administration, the creation and maintenance of courts and judicial processes, the selection of court dates, the sentencing of those found guilty of crimes of purity and misdemeanors in blessed Haelun’or’s courts, and the execution of punishment to criminals. As part of these responsibilities, the Okarir’san shall have the authority to select Pariran’tir at trial, as well as the ability to appoint as many Tilurir’san as are required for the execution of their duties.
