VA BIRODEO HERZENAV AG EDLERVIK,

It saddens the Crown to announce the current state of His Majesty, Koeng Josef I. Late last night on the first of the month, the Koeng fell victim to an apparent harsh heart attack as he slept. It is suspected as of now that it could have done permanent damage to the Koeng. He is currently being treated by skilled medics, but he has yet to wake up since the attack.

Following the Crown Regency Advisory Bill, the Koeng put in private writing his desire to allow his son and heir — Grand Prince Henrik — to fill in as Lord Regent if the need ever arose for the remainder of his reign.

Due to the Koeng’s current incapacitation, this will now go into effect. Beginning immediately on this day, 2nd of Vzmey and Hyff, 358ES, Grand Prince Henrik shall take the mantle of  Prince-Regent until Koeng Josef either recovers or passes.

The Royal Family asks to have their privacy respected during this time, so that they may attend to the Koeng in the hopes that he may recover.

IV JOVEO MAAN,
His Royal Majesty, Josef I, by the Grace of Godan, King of Hanseti and Ruska
, Grand Hetman of the Army, Prince of Bihar, Dules, Ulgaard, Lahy, Sorbesborg and Slesvik, Duke of Carnatia and Vidaus, Margrave of Korstadt and Rothswald, Count of Chatnik, Nenzing, Graiswald, Karikhov, Baranya, Kvasz, Kavat, Karovia, Kovachgrad, Torun, Turov, Kaunas, Alban, Reza and Markev, Viscount of Grauspin, Baron of Thurant, Rytsburg, Venzia, Esenstadt, Krepost and Kralta, Lord of the Westfolk, Protector of the Highlanders, etcetera

His Excellency, Prince-Regent Henrik of Hanseti-Ruska, Grand Prince of Kusoraev

"Krusae Zwy Kongzem," the Lady Speaker, Irene Sarkozy, muttered under her breath after discussing with the councillors the ongoings of Prince Henrik's regency. The news of a heart attack again in the royal family –first with her sister, Queen Viktoria, and now her nephew– brought her to have little sleep that night; rather, she spent the entire evening working away in her office, without another word, while hoping for the king's swift recovery.

May Godan protect him in this dire time."  Edvard Amador proceeds to sign the lorraine cross before glancing at the recent expenses list, raising a brow.

Juliya Ipera anxiously waits to hear some sort of good news about her brother's recovery, checking in on him multiple times throughout the days to make sure that he was there, and that he was still alive. Through the nights, as they pass, she prays and prays, hoping that he would be spared, and that she could selfishly have more time with him before he passes at what she hopes to be a much later date.
