In light of this, His Majesty has elected to defer his duties to another until such time as he has fully returned from his travels. By the choice of the King and His Council, it has been decided that this duty shall fall jointly upon the Hand of the King Caedric Edvardsson and High Keeper Alisa Camian. As such, until His Majesty has returned, these Regents shall act in his name for the good of the Kingdom.
