Guilds Bill of 356 ES

Introduced in the Duma.

 

An act to establish proper definitions for what a guild is.

 


 

INTRODUCTION

In tandem with the First Edict of the Barbanov Maership, which established a Guild Initiative. Grand Maer Barbanov seeks to create a proper legal definition of what a Guild is and the perks of being a Guild.

 

I. Necessary Definitions

  • Guild: A non-government non-military organisation.

  • Guild Hall: The headquarters of a guild.

  • Guild Master: The leader of a guild.

 

II. Amendments

  • 507: Guilds

    • 507.01: A guild is defined as a non-government non-military organisation.

    • 507.02: A guild is created by submitting an application to the High Seneschal and having it approved.

      • 507.021: The Crown reserves the right to veto any creation of a guild.

    • 507.03: A guild shall have a designated guild master, who serves as an overall representative of the guild.

    • 507.04: A guild may purchase properties designed as guild halls.
