The Office of the Envoy (New Marian: Ve Offiez i ve Szara) is the diplomatic branch of the Aulic Government, and is charged with the primary objective of maintaining the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska’s diplomatic relations. The Office maintains a roster of diplomats who establish connections and liaise with all foreign nations to ensure efficient communication, collaborating with other diplomats, assisting with the drafting of treaties and alliances and much more. The Office is directed by the Aulic Envoy to whom diplomats regularly send letters, which are subsequently presented to the Crown by the Aulic Envoy.

Aulic Envoy Andrik Jan Baruch

 

The Aulic Envoy is the highest state official to represent the Crown in forgein affairs. Under the Envoys expertise and supervision, the Aulic Ambassadors manage forgein relationships. The Envoy has the Crown’s given authority to judge and enforce the Royal will outside of Haeseni borders.

AULIC AMBASSADOR

 

The Aulic Ambassadors are skilled diplomats assigned to a nation or group outside of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska. They are appointed at the discretion of the Aulic Envoy and tasked with representing the Crown and the Aulic Government, follow the Aulic Envoy’s political direction and cultivate Haeseni culture abroad. Aulic Ambassadors may be designated an Embassy in their assigned nation, and are expected to attend and keep informed of the activities of their assigned nation.

DEPUTY AMBASSADOR

 

Deputy Ambassadors are junior diplomats assigned to assist and learn from an Aulic Ambassador with their duties in a foreign nation. Adjutants can be appointed because of their affiliation with the relevant nation or because of a working, trusting relationship with the Aulic Ambassador. An Adjutant can be assigned to an Aulic Ambassador by the Aulic Envoy, or an Aulic Ambassador can request permission from the Aulic Envoy to employ someone as an Adjutant.

 

PATRON

 

Patrons are Haeseni citizens with considerable education and knowledge of Haeseni culture. Assigned to assist an Aulic Ambassador, Patrons do not represent the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska in any official capacity, and instead sponsor and promote Haeseni culture and cultural events outside of the Kingdom under the direction of their supervising Aulic Ambassador.

RECRUITMENT

 

The Office of the Envoy is always looking for well-read, intelligent, and silver tongued individuals that wish to serve their Kingdom and expand the horizons of our foreign affairs. If any Haeseni is interested in becoming a diplomat for the Kingdom of Haense, seek out the Aulic Envoy for employment or an apprenticeship under the tutelage of one of our renowned ambassadors.
