It heartens the Crown to cultivate the growing strength of the Kongzem. In the twenty-two years that has passed since Haeseni independence, the streets of Karosgrad have become more thronged than ever before, nor ever before has the ranks of the Haeseni Royal Army hosted soldiers of such number and skill, nor has the the stores and coffers of the Kongzem been so ripe and plentiful. With this growth comes new needs for the Kongzem, most notably more land farm, more territory for settlers and security, and access to the ocean.

 

In recognizing this need, it pleases the Crown to on this day assert dominion over the lands to the east of Karosgrad, spanning to Almaris' north-eastern coast and into the east marshes. The Crown proclaims this new Haeseni territory as the Attenlund, to be secured and patrolled by the Haeseni Royal Army and Order of the Crow.

 

From this day forth, the borders of the Kongzem of Hanseti-Ruska shall span from the Margravate of Greyspine in the west, to the marshes of the Attenlund in the east.
