Capacity to Fulfill Bill of 359 ES

Introduced in the Duma.

 

An act to legislate the missing (but referred to) Section 502.07 of the Haurul Caezk.

INTRODUCTION

The aim of this bill is to legislate a missing Section of the Haurul Caezk, that being Section 502.07, which is referred to in Section 502.0411, but does not currently exist within the Haurul Caezk.

 

I. Necessary Definitions

• Capacity to Fulfill: The ability to meet the requirements of something.

 

II. Amendments

• Adding 502.07: Capacity to Fulfill a Contract which shall state the following:

 

502.07: Capacity to Fulfill a Contract

502.071: To be considered to have the capacity of fulfilling a contract, one must fit the following criteria:

502.0711: Be of the age of majority;

502.0712: Be of sound mind, or reasonably ascertained to be.
