ydegirl 1756 Share Posted February 27, 2021 hello. this is a guide on how to skin a corset/stomacher/bodice, mainly for rococo dresses/skins- but it can work for other styles such as baroque. step one: find a reference. if you’re a returning skinner, then you have your own way of doing this, pinterest, google, weheartit, whatever! i personally like to use pinterest. step two: da base. ok so now we make the base. (i’ll be using a lime green color so it shows up better). usually, i start with the outline and sleeves. the outline!! It’s fairly simple, you can adjust/redo it to your liking, really. now you fill that in. the side the back! now, all you have to do is fill it in :D. feel free to add details to it! here are some examples. if you're feeling quirky, you can do this! (be sure to keep the shape of the corset!) i’ll link some skins with corsets that i love below https://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/lotc-regal-wedding/ https://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/porcelain-blue-floral-gown/ my skins corsets Spoiler please make ur rococo skins... im begging u... no more simple regency dresses
