I don’t think what race a persona is impacts crime RP that much unless they’re a fancy CA dark magic entity. Bandits aren’t numerous enough to be picky about recruits, after all.

Your poll is already messed up, as everyone is answering questions 2 and 3. That said, what do you hope to glean from this, except a hope to point at a playerbase and go "it's all YOUR fault!"?
