High Justiciar (Vasririciar)

The High Justiciar is the chief legal advisor for the crown and sits on the Aulic Council. They oversee the administration of justice within the Kingdom, summon and prosecute individuals before the Court on criminal trials on behalf of the Crown and represent the Aulic government in civil suits. They are referred to as ‘His Excellency’ (Zir Valtry) or ‘Her Excellency’ (Ziy Valtry).

Royal Jurists (Krawn Jurovarez)

Royal Jurists are appointed by the High Justiciar and shall function within the Office of the Justiciar as public prosecutors, public defenders and legal representatives of the Aulic Government. They have been chosen from among the Civil Jurists after proving themselves capable. Their duties include: handling public prosecutions, representing the Aulic Government in civil suits, standing in as public defenders when individuals are unable to employ an outside jurist.

Civil Jurists (Osoba Jurovarez)

Civil Jurists are individuals who have studied and/or received a Law Degree from the Royal Academy of St. Charles. They are qualified to both prosecute and defend in civil and defend in criminal trials.

Chief Detective (Hauchyajesar)

The Chief Detective is chosen by the High Justiciar from among the current Royal Detectives. They are tasked with managing and recruiting the detectives, while also leading ongoing investigations within the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska. The Chief Detective reports directly to the High Justiciar.

Royal Detectives (Krawn Yajesarez)

Royal Detectives appointed by the High Justiciar and shall function as detectives and investigators in all legal matters concerning crime within the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska. Their duties include gathering evidence and testimonies that can be utilized to prosecute and arrest. They work alongside the Haeseni Royal Army to interrogate and arrest individuals of interest, and may open new cases and investigate special interests on behalf of the crown.
