Three expensive steeds are also to be afforded to the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska. ARTICLE III: EXTRADITION The Unified Domain of Vortice does agree to extradite the aggressor to the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska for their accostment and disrespect of His Highness, Otto August. This extradition will lead to the public execution of the assailant in question; Peralien Maelstorm.
