It pleases the Crown to entrust the title of the Barony of Ghaestenwald to the House of Barbanov-Morovar, and elevate the His Highness, Franz Barbanov-Morovar, to the title of Baron, and thus charge the House of Barbanov-Morovar with keeping the Koeng's peace and upholding Haeseni law within their lands. The Crown sees fit to bestow upon the House this Baronial title in recognition of the growth of the House of Barbanov-Morovar and their contributions to Haeseni society.

 

It is noted that the Baron Barbanov-Morovar is currently the Duke of Schattenburg due to his royal birth, which shall remain with him until his death, where it shall follow standard procedure for a Royal Duchy, and return to the Crown, to be granted at the birth of another Prince.

 

The Crown eagerly anticipates the future endeavours of Baron Barbanov-Morovar.
