Celeste'Tol Blackroot caught the declaration as her owl circled down from above, unfurling the paper with great interest. The dwed scanned the paper before thrusting one fist into the sky, letting out a cheer only the trees could really hear. "Aye, t'at's 've web duh et!" She grinned with pride as she returned to her trek. "Yeh show em pa, show em good."

A cheerful Doomforged Dwedess would be heavy into smithing up her newest idea, hearing the news she'd nod with a smirk as a cigar hung loosely between both ashen lips.

"Fehckin Greenskins never seem ta lear' tha' they be nah match agains' Urguan's fines' warriors.. Serves em rioght fer tryin tha' foolish raid agains' us in teh firs' place. Perhaps they be better off jus' figh'in each other in their own lands from now on."

She spat while bringing the hammer down to sending fresh, burning sparks around the floor of her workshop.

Also commenting from the hermit hut, the elderly Alisa Camian read over her own copy of the declaration. "So we're doing Orcs and Dwarves again... Didn't we just have one of those wars?" She wondered aloud, taking a moment to try and recall. "Mm, I suppose that was sixty-some odd years ago, wasn't it. Nevermind I guess; This seems about on time. Still, what a hassle."
