Last saints day, approximately on the 12th of Tov and Yermey, 387 ES, The Honorable Kazimar Hieromar Ludovar, Vikomit of Seswesk, privately announced as Vikomit of Seswesk and Patriarch of House Ludovar. House Ludovar is thankful to the former Vikomit for his long and diligent thirty-eight year service to his family and his Kongzem. We wish him a most peaceful and prosperous retirement.

As such, we wish the best of luck to his trusted and accomplished heir Robert Aleksandr Ludovar. Lord Robert has proved himself to be a capable leader through his career in the Brotherhood of St. Karl and the Office of the Justiciar, rising to the ranks of Sergeant and Chief Royal Detective respectively. Lord Robert has also proven himself a loyal, dutiful, and contributive servant to the Crown, calling for massive donations from his family members to aid the Kongzem in the dire time of war.

VII: The Honorable, Robert Aleksandr Ludovar and the Vikomital House of Ludovar, declares absolute allegiance, loyalty, and service to the Dual Kongzem of Hanseti-Ruska, His Royal Majesty Heinrik II, and the Royal House of Bihar-Barbnov;

VIII: The Honorable, Robert Aleksandr Ludovar declares his loyalty and service to the Vikomital House of Ludovar.
