It is within his Royal Majesty’s interest to reform and reorganize the office of Government; the Palatial Body. Therefore, his royal majesty and his excellency appoint Kaustantin Baruch as Deputy Palatine to oversee the process.

It is the wish of his excellency, the Lord Palatine and the Deputy Palatine that the Position of Palatial Kommissar, be abolished. The new Position of Palatial Executive shall be handed to the honorable Aleksey Ludovar to keenly handle schedules and assist the Deputy.

Furthermore, the office summons all Palatial Wards for interviews to filter their work and to brief them about their place in the government effective after reorganization. For scheduling of this interview, the wards must reach out for either the Honorable Ludovar or his excellency, the Deputy Palatine Baruch.

Signed,
His excellency, The Lord Palatine of Hanseti-Ruska, Adrian Colborn
His excellency,  The Deputy Palatine of Hanseti-Ruska Kaustantin Baruch
