"Because a rally matters so much when all they do is lock themselves up in Reinmar. Perhaps this should be a reminder that vyr attitude towards vyr peers, along with vyr contributions are what matter here. If vy aided the Kongzem more than House Baruch, then vy would have kepy vyr Duchy." Jan Otto Kortrevich remarked, staring at the missive with an amused smirk. "Quality over quantity!"

"My favourite moment in Kortrevich history is when Rodrik defected and invaded Haense." says Jurgen Barclay.

Ser Ailred pats Ser Reinhardt on his back, knowing the family to be carried upon his shoulders! @Capt_Chief26

The same Barclay on the seven Skies would pat anyone but Ser Ailred on his back, knowing the BSK is definitely not being carried upon by him. He then tries to go pat Heinrik on the back, for he single-handedly carried the current Marshal to his position. "What a hard worker that Heinrik is!"

Cupping her hand around her ear as she stood on her balcony, a certain Haeseni Queen would sigh. "And so the tantrums have begun." She muttered to herself...

It prepares him to be to listen better to the BSK he'll leave behind once he's done.

"Why is it Bihar-Kovachev and not Morovar-Kovachev? Ridiculous," says Franz L. Morovar, Baron of Ghaestenwald and (legally recognised) father of Nikoleta B. Bihar-Kovachev, who in his opinion has been named inappropriately, to his "friend" and (legally recognised) mother of Nikoleta B. Bihar-Kovachev, Natalia E. Kovachev, before he breaks into a rough cough, which lasts about seven minutes, before he promptly projectile vomits onto the shoes of a street beggar by the name of Orwalt, realising that he also had stained the rest of the edict, which was now unreadable, he meandered back home to Ghaestenwald, where he would enjoy a cup of espresso coffee, in the company of his newly legitimized (legally recognised) daughter. @shay@zuziee

“Damn and he beats women as well.” Remarked the Savoyard Prince.

"Nobody really asked for his opinion," he heard from the Savoyard Prince's words from his friends, shaking his head after being told such! The Knight Paramount swayed his legs over each other on his desk in his office.

Andrik Baruch attempts to remember a war a Barclay Marshall led and won and a time the military was this meritocratic and incorrupt but can't so he goes on about his day making love to his Hyspian mistress, Rosita.

Nikoleta B. Bihar-Kovachev would be coloring on the coffee table with her (legally recognized) father. Blissfully unaware of everything.

@Gusano

Rosita, being a foreign Hyspian, is completely unaware of Haeseni history, but proceeds to cook Andrik's favourite dish, chili con carne, after they made love three times during the day. She also remarks the following, "Mi amor, puedo escuchar a los niños llorar desde aquí."

Still cupping her hands over her ears, a certain Prince's comments made its way to her. "Godan, have vy been telling people our night time activities?" She accused her husband with a grin. @Rudi

“‘Ah wonder ‘ow the Barclays will cope,” sighs a field peasant, gathering his fifth bushel of hay for his liege lord.

Tears fill the eyes of Young Adrianna Darkwood, formerly Barclay, as she cups a hand over her mouth upon reading the decree. "Nein... N-nein!!! Oh gotte, it wast... Und Onkle Stefan too.. Gotte blast du, Ducal Union!! Ich despise du! Ich hope du join Iblees where he rots!" She rushes off to find her husband, her hand reaching down to her steadily growing belly, quickly approaching full capacity and preparing to bring another Darkwood neé Barclay into the world.

"From being masters of a Kingdom and leading another's militant order for a century.. all the way to a lowly County.." Kaustantin mutters out with a frown in his office. "The Barclays certainly had the worst decade in their history, ea do hope Johann proves the wiser, good kid he is."

“Loyalty is sticking around even if you’re roughed up and unappreciated, greed is whining when you’re not praised above the rest,” Alexandria mumbled out to the bust of her brother Sigismund, her mind was heavily addled with age where she mistook the carved stone for the real thing.  She then leaned in, patting the stone nose of Sigismund while whispering, “A little bit of arson is fine, though!”
