Dame Viktoriya furrowed her brows, glancing over the flier with a thin-lipped frown. "Alliance . . .  'gainst te' Azdrazi? This's gonnae' be an interesting few years. Ve're vatching history unfold right before our eyes!"

She sighed, placing it down with a shake of her head. "Hope vy come out alright, [Mufflled]. Meet me on te' other side. Au revoir!"

Viathan Othaman glanced up at the paper, shrugged, and went back to sleep.

A glorious, and stunning agreement between two powerful nations. My compliments to its negotiators.

May this strike a new era of peace in our time between the Empire and the Grand Kingdom.

May GOD Save us.
May the EMPEROR Protect us.

Elizabeth Brae-Wittenbach, Foreign Secretary of the Holy Orenian Empire, smiles warmly as she reads over the newly released treaty.

"To a better and brighter future, together!" She toasts to nobody in particular at her usual booth in the Novellen Tavern, quickly draining her glass of wine thereafter.

A young d'Arkent came running up to her mother, missive in hand, waving it in her face. "Dwarves are fat like Joseph, we should visit them!" @Autty

A great and long-held fear of the Princess Imperial’s is finally lifted: she no longer worries for the safety of her jewelry. She thanks God for peace in the south.

A Lady in Silver would smile the sun's smile as she glimpsed such a missive, clapping her hands and letting out a small cheer!

"Perhaps one day, this world shall be truly rid of the Wyrmlings; and it gives me greatest joy to see that two peoples long divided have united in the face of such evil... The Creator is good, upon this day!" Alas, she wept for her friends of Du Loc, and their potentially threatened sovereignty.

A person of no importance wonders if the Urguani claims will thusly denounce Du Locian independence and sovereignty...suppose we will find out!

The Archchancellor breaths of sigh of relief having secured another ally in the fight against the Azdrazi.

"A glorious day that the lands to our South can rest easy now that peace is secured for a good long time. With this new direction in diplomatic affairs, and the cooperative mindset now shared by our peoples and our descendant cousins, we might see a brighter era before us."

Drasus spoke to his administrative aide . . .

"Pour us a drink comrade, let us celebrate the Emperors efforts in securing prosperity. A bottle of Mordskov Reserve should suffice!"

The Emperor can be seen that day with a few of his most trusted soldiers, delivering unto them the methods by which Azdrazi are detected, weakened and killed.

The Viscountess Provins murmurs down to her petite heiress, aiding her in sounding out the syllables strewn about the treaty notice; in doing this, the young mother exhibited little patience, until Deedee voiced out a ring of the word 'Azdrazi'. Claude's fingers careered towards shutting that notice posthaste, peering down to Deedee with the thought of the youth's grandfather broiling in her mind... What would she tell her? She could not tell her that her grandfather was being hunted by his own people, could she?

She opted simply to sigh, and reached for another rendition of the story of Julia and Horen.
