This immunity shall be in effect from the Arbitrator’s declaration of commencement, to the Arbitrator’s declaration of dismissal. The Arbitrator shall have the final say on any alleged violations. Section II: Itinerary Spreading the Flame - Festivals and Offerings A discussion on giving offerings and holding festivals in this time of strife. The Svarling Threat - Blood Rituals, led by Purifier Scholar-Initiate Kjaer A report from Purifiers Kjaer and Aedan on a Svarling rite witnessed in the northern mountains. The Faith - On Reforming the Order of Purifiers A discussion on the efficacy and possible implementations of proposed reforms to the Order of Purifiers. Open Discussion An opportunity for all those in attendance to request, through the Arbitrator, a proposition, discussion point, or otherwise, to be pitched to the Forum.
