Trouble connecting forum & freja, placing dev reqs

Context: I've been in and out of LotC for... years, now, but this time coming back around had stuck. This was the only forum account I have the login to: as there's no application on its history, one can assume it wasn't my original (I am genuinely unsure if this is in violation of conduct, so let me know). But when I went to sync it and my game account...
