Rhaella Ashwood would sigh softly upon hearing of his death. Kallian, an ex-love of hers, had hurt her so, but despite this fact his death did not bring her any joy. However, the loss of her friend was one of many she had experienced and was certainly the least painful.

A man stripped of name came to hear of the missive in his wandering of the land. Learning of the death of his student did not bring him as much sorrow as it should have brought. Days later his journey ended, and his mind returned to Kallian. There was hesitation in what he set out to do then. "You've done this before," He reminded himself, quiet words dancing on the edge of insanity. "You have done this before. You've outlived them before."

A veil of grief had reigned over Ro'ya Nullivari's demeanour for some time, though her seemingly ever-present frown deepened upon regarding the missive, her brows tightly furrowed as she read what were written upon the parchment. From within the halls of Rhewenholm, a vengeful howl is heard emanating from the dormitory of Ferek Frostbeard. The dwed thrashed about, axe in hand, his eyes blood-red in a berserk rage, a letter sitting upon his desk. Books and quills, furniture, even one of his potted flowers, all were cast about the room as if by a storm. With labored breathing, face contorted in sheer anger, the dwed would raise his axe above his head, pleading to his gods,

"On mah honah' ahs ahn Azwyrtrumm, OGRADHAD! Grant meh 'teh knowledge o' mah friend's killahs! Ah swear, bah mah beard, 'E SHALL BEH AHVENGED!"

The dwed would slam the axe back into his belt, his shadow dancing upon the night wall courtesy of the fire within his quarters.
