I - TEY DO KEIN

At this very time of writing, I stand tall within the Mother Grove by their city bell. This place, it is ours. We entered through the rat-ways of this city -- no, this shanty. We captured four with haste -- one I believe to be atleast a druii, two others dedicants, and one a weakling seeker. It's a shame no more were present to cross swords when we destroyed the Aengulic forge within their home, shadowed by the Aspectist elder tree above. We found four treants, and we will return to burn them too to the ground. Our assault begins now within this so-called capital -- a countryside retreat at best.

The four captives have been whisked away to the badlands, where we will impart unto them our Gift. We promised them life so long they complied, but it is not ransom we take them for. Nobody would pay.

II - FIN YOL PINDAAR

One did not want our gift -- the seeker. He sought to see his daughter so much rather than be gifted our words that he died helplessly. Submerged in magma, consumed by the hungry, unrelenting volcano to which we had gone. The other three in witness of the spectacle sat silent, respectful, knowing. The Immortal Agent expressed to them the deep concern of ours: the payment of the tithe.

Three times have we made our demands. Three times have we been ignored. Three captives do we have.

As the Immortal Agent said, the number three is sacred to dragons. Our demands were not met, fragile as they were, and so one anew has been Gifted: Yield. Answer our demands. Meet with the King of Dragons and hear His voice. Do this, or they will be the very last living things to have ever tread foot beneath the shadow of the Mother Tree.

This is the Immortal Agent's mercy. This is Our mercy.

III - AAZ

They thanked us for our mercy -- thanked us for not turning them to the earthen fires like the wanting seeker. In reply, the Immortal Agent said this: "Now comes Asioth of One word, eyes like crystals. You have been seen and can no longer hide. So long you abide my decree, you need not fear retribution."

The sky began to turn scarlet between the brimstone peaks of the volcano's entrance. A rising sun crested the horizon, a new day, one of new Gifts.

But today we will not yet brand the captives for these three were so compliant. We issue them a Lesson of An-Gho -- to impart His blessing. Let them answer, let them come forth -- unto Nahldroth, to commune with Azdromoth.

A final Gift: Aaz -- one dedicant has chosen to stay behind to be Heralded in as one of Ours. Aspirant of Aspect to Aspirant of Titan. Our word is truth, and for them will they work to earn the greatest Gift of all: Asioth.

A live witness to all of these events, the Sorcerous servant of the dragonkin felt highly humbled to listen to the words spoken by both the Immortal Agent and the Third Eye. Humility and respect gained upon that day, with the idea of vengeance quelling, and the hope for salvation for those lost souls not yet to see the light of HIS FLAME.

An ex-dedicant tugs upon her collar, not used to the unrelenting heat which surrounded her form. Her wrists ached from the tight rope that bound her arms together, head hanging low as she took the first steps upon a new path.

The smoldering figure of the draconic Inquisitor stood near the likes of the Immortal Agent and the Third Eye. He faced those cowering dedicants, and yet he would impart to them his cause, and he would make them understand it. He offered them mercy, sympathy - in exchange for the parting of this message: retribution.

“It is an ancestral endeavor we engage in, do you see it? We seek to reclaim those generational lands of His that have been unrightfully taken from us. Is this not justice? And yet, we offer your leaders an offer of a mere tithe - yet attempts at resolutions have been cast aside thrice over. Is this not arrogance? Your leaders place their faith in the Children of the False-Gods while they stay cast within their trees, leaving you to machination. This is cowardice.”
