ISSUED AND CONFIRMED BY HIS SERENE HIGHNESS THE PRINCE OF SEDAN, THE 11th OF OWYN’S FLAME, 1852

With the Disappearance of John Aurelius Hartcold, 2nd Viscount of Fauconberg, 5th Baron of Pyrmont and lack of male son, the titles of Lord Hartcold shall be transferred to the Crown. With the lack of participation in rallies, the payment of taxes, and contributions to the Crown, the Hartcold Manor is now under ownership of the Crown, and to be managed by the High Steward until the return of House Hartcold. His Serene Highness is willing to continue the family's peerage if the members of the house return to their homeland alongside the rightful Heir and swear their loyalty to the Sovereign Prince.

If the rightful Heir does not appear, another male Hartcold may present himself before the Crown and affirm the house's loyalty, and thus in doing so will have the titles transferred to them.

If none from House Hartcold returns to Sedan and pledge their loyalty, the titles of Viscount of Fauconberg and Baron of Pyrmont will be returned to their rightful liege, The Sovereign Prince of South Sedan.

May Godan guide the House of Hartcold to make the right decision.

Signed,

HIS SERENE HIGHNESS, Leopold I, By the Grace of God, Sovereign Prince of South Sedan, Count of Louisville and Döbern, Baron of Avoria, Protector and Lord of the Valley of Goats, the Haikaprier, Destroyer of Rozanians

HIS HIGHNESS, Frederick Stanimar de Joannes, Crown Prince of Sedan, Baron of Ponce

HIS EXCELLENCY, Caius Tiberius de Ravensburg, Chancellor of Sedan, Count of Ravensburg

HIS EXCELLENCY, Father Jeremy, Vice-Chancellor of Sedan

"The Likelihood of the Hartcolds returning to their homeland is slim, it is still considerate to give them a chance. We aren't monsters who take away titles without giving the people a chance" Stated Caius Tiberius de Ravensburg
