ISSUED AND CONFIRMED BY HIS SERENE HIGHNESS THE PRINCE OF SEDAN, THE 19TH OF OWYN’S FLAME, 1856


TO ALL OUR LOVING AND FAITHFUL SUBJECTS OF WHAT DEGREE AND RANK SOEVER,

 

It pleases the Crown of Sedan to recognize Our legal subject, Leopold of House Alstion, as a great servant to the Principality and a protector of the Princely House. As such, the Sedanian Crown, with the prerogative vested upon Us by GOD and Our people, grant Leopold Alstion with the County of Yvas, to hold and pass onto his legitimate heirs. He is charged with preserving law and order within his holdings, upholding the rule of the reigning regnant, serving the Crown of Sedan without falter, and raising his sword in defense of the Principality.
