KRUSAE ZWY KONGZEM

Issued by the

LORD MARSHAL

On this 6th day of Vzmey and Hynk of 409 E.S

As the youngest generation in Haeseti-Ruska stands on the cusp of adulthood, the Lord Marshal sees it imperative that they receive ample guidance as their elders did before them.

Once more does the Motherland face the threat of foreign aggression and as Fidei Defensor, She must as well protect the flock of Canondom. To face the challenges of this new era, the youth must be educated in martial matters, with emphasis on forging skills in leadership and battlefield command.

Thus, the Office of the Lord Marshal declares the previously defunct cadet programme to be reformed. It shall be similar to the wardships offered by the Office of the Lord Palatine and the Office of the Justiciar, as opposed to merely a unit of children in the Brotherhood proper.

Parents of the Dual-Kingdom, be they of the gentry, the nobility, or of our most esteemed royal blood, may send a letter to the Lord Marshal to enroll their children. Should they be accepted, they shall be placed beneath the tutelage of either the Lord Marshal himself or an Officer of the Brotherhood.

SIGNED,

His Excellency, Johann Erich Barclay, Lord Marshal of Hanseti-Ruska, Prince of Sutica, Duke of Reinmar, Count of Kretzen, Baron of Sigradz and Freising, Lord of Wilheburg and Freisburg, Chieftain of the Reinmaren
