[!] An invitation was spread around Almaris, the flyer left at every household’s mailbox, every aviary, and every doorstep. The parchment read in rosey ink:

 

"To every Mali, Valah, Uruk, and living soul alive upon the realm. You’re welcome to attend Elvenesse’s seasonal ball. We are pleased to announce that there will be a contest of outfits, where the winner will receive a grand Mina prize.

All outfits must be in the theme of Flower of the water. Those who do not wish to participate in the outfit contest may wear a blue or white outfit. During the night’s festivities in the throne room, there will be dancing, music, and entertainment of a lifetime."

He slowly lifts his boot off the paper and places its leather sole to the side as he bends down and grabs hold of the paper. Although soggy, the flyer's content is readable. "Hmm," sounds he, before placing it in his pocket. "Mèlawen," Timothy mutters, before continuing on his walk along the rain-dampened streets of Elysium.
