The great tree of Ebonwood burning down

On the 13th of The Grand Harvest 70 S.A the rally of 150 of the Orcish Horde and Vikings of the Ulveflokk clan, rode off for the blood and sacrifices in the direction of Oren. Having made the sufficient sacrifices and geared up they rode their elephants and horses quickly to Ebonwood.

Upon entry to Ilandria, the group managed to get in, and then all hell broke loose. Sprawling throughout the city, the men were clearly out for blood and within mere minutes 50 people of Ebonwood were dead, with none of the raiding warriors killed at all as chants of ‘KRUG’ and ‘HODIR’ would be heard throughout the Elven city.

While the bloodlust carried on throughout the city, Jarl Sigurd Ingolf would pick up a lantern off of a nearby stall and launch it directly to the tree of Ebonwood. With nobody to stop him and nobody to stop the fire spreading, the entire tree was soon entirely engulfed in flames as the rally would stop their killing. The entire group would look to the tree as the Jarl began chuckling in a malevolent manner, soon the rest of the raiders would  follow suit.

The group leader Grizh’mog, would then order The Horde and Vikings to the strong vassal of Arichsdorf. Upon arrival, the rally had depleted to 110 men as some had returned to the home in order to replenish gear, however immediately blood would be shed. Within no time at all, 30 men of Arichsdorf would have been killed and sacrifices would have been taken and dragged back to the city.

Finally, 10 of the remaining men would have been cursed by one of the Rex’s hexes of Kinul, and then had their throats slit in sacrifice to Enrohk, the Spirit of Bloodlust and War (Otherwise known as Hodir to the Ulverflokk). The rest of the the captured Arichsodorfers were offered a new life in Krugmar, to follow the Path Given.

Signed,

Jarl Sigurd Ingolf, The Wolf of the North

Spoiler

OOC: Firstly, please do not metagame things, if you weren't there, you weren't there. This has been an issue before and people were being cringe.

Secondly, for one reason or another the orcs weren't allowed to rally for the Warclaim so we decided to have some fun ourselves and this is what we did.

I would post screenshots but it won't let me D:

All in all, it seemed the tree was fine after all. With efforts of many and help from Nevaehlen, those present managed to restore the tree to its former glory. The blood which flooded the streets were washed away by the rain which put out the fires raging on. Those in Ebonwood stand strong, like the tree which can withstand even a raging fire set ablaze.

Jarl Ivar Marteinn cleaned his blade with a piece of cloth, torn from the clothes of the dead bodies while looking from a distance at the central tree of Ebonwood in flames "Well that was easy. I expected more resistance than that" he exclaimed, a grin forming on his face before making his way back home to have a drink with his clansmen.

The Rex leaned back on the Throne of Ebonwood as he stared at the burning tree outside. He left the seat warm for the next person to sit there....

Theroden nods solemnly. “The pretender and his Horenite friends shall reap what they’ve sown.”

As Ulagula'Ugluk cleaned his bronze armor from blood and ashes, he chuckled at the smoke in the distance. "Dey burn ur tentz, wi burn der tree agh der zkahin tree huggerz"

"Sheesh!" A familiar Red-Uruk says as he drinks some blood from his cup in his machinist techno-orcatic-Raguk-lair, kinda happy to see Orcish activity.
