Bore He A Sigil of Ebon Scars

Upon Pale Flesh Which Weeped The Tears

Of The Life That Provides Man Nourishment

Crimson in Color Oh So Natural

That Gave Understanding When Born Onto

Corpse That Should Have Been

No More Long Ago.

Repentance. Walking Forward. Salvation.

Wicked was not, the man who stood before the Black Cardinal. For it was he who feared which he did not know but came to understand, if only but a fraction of that which is true and contrite in his folly of man which he fell prey to. As knell tolled and flesh was ripped asunder from palm, there was lifeblood shed into bowl so wretched, yet the beauty which held within such an ichor was a remembrance of what he once was and of whom he walked with in enlightenment. Yet, within the mind dwelled thoughts of dread, not for himself nor duties which were to be upheld but for those who knew not where they were in matters of the core and metaphysical content. 

 

Paintbrush laden with thistle dipped forth into bowl aforementioned filled with the fuel of man’s veins, by the Black Cardinal who sought only for the betterment of this one brother, this one soul, this one wretch that understood not the meaning of this occurrence, yet came to know of duty shared by a commonality of cause. Painted were the leylines that linked Sigil to instruments of retribution and chastisement the man had, and born from foul hollers was the ringing of the knell, the path laid true and walked. Repent. Learn. Repent. Seek. Repent. Salvation. Repent. Repent Within The Halls of the Keep That Bore Forth Fruit which kept Walking Forward.
