Help Desk

 

The help desk is the go to for anything you need help with. Buying something, Game pieces, returning Game pieces, getting a custom painting done, buying a living doll, and more!

 

 

Piano

 

((The Piano is a noteblock piano. You can actually play songs on it that people hear.))

 

For anything regarding Pianos, songbooks, or lessons, ask at the help desk.

 

We Sell Pianos, Songbooks, and Lessons! Come by and practice for free or just use it for fun! (Ask whoever is at the help desk for free Permanent access to the piano) We also sell a piano guidebook for self installation of a piano!

 

The first thing to buy is The Piano Guide. It covers how to make a piano, tune it, types of sounds it can make, and also how to read songbooks. YOU NEED TO BUY THIS AND READ IT BEFORE BUYING SONGBOOKS! It costs 75 minas and comes with a piano installation or materials to do it yourself if you choose that. Me coming to tune the piano is free. Comes with buying the book and/or the piano.  You do not need the guide book for 1 on 1 lessons.

The Pianos I sell can come in 6 different sounds. Piano, Double Bass, Wind (( Flute )), Pluck (( Guitar )), Xylophone, and Twang (( Banjo )). All of these cost the same.

Have a child that wants a personal friend? We have Living plushies of either a Dragon, A Tiger, a Wolf, or a musical or drink sphere that can be their companion! This is also available for adults if wanted. The companions are a meter in length (( One block long basically )). They are also very Friendly, Caring, and Protective (( Note, this is just their personality. They cannot do anything in combat. )). If you would like one, just go to the help desk. There should be some to see near the front of the store as well. ((Look in the barrels above each one to read the items description. The ones in the barrels are not living dolls, but the text on a real one is the same but with an st sign.

 

 There are some rules to buying one though. You may not mistreat them. They are conscious and have emotions. Be bad to them and they will be sad. If you would like one, it will cost 100 minas, though the musical sphere and drink sphere are complex, so they costs 250 minas. ((Note if they are hit by an attack where their mana lock is, they basically die.))

 

((By buying one of these You promise to go by the rules in the Housemagery guide on the forums for living dolls. MAKE SURE YOU READ IT AND THE RED FLAGS SO YOU DONT GET IN TROUBLE FOR DOING SOMETHING WITH THEM THAT ISNT ALLOWED! ))

Art stand

I can paint a painting of anything on the spot! it costs 30 Minas for a custom painting. You are free to give copies out of it. Or you can buy a premade painting for 10 Minas! ((Look in the bookcases near the easel to see premade ones or examples. Come to the help desk for either buying one or a custom one.

 

Some examples of what I can paint include portraits, Scenes, objects, basically anything, but the more close up, the better the painting in my opinion.

 

 

 

The Lone Tree Journal and It's Selling Stand

 

The Lone Tree Journal is a Publication made by The people, for the people. It is a collection of stories, poetry, community news, musings, and anything accepted by the Journal. If you would like to contribute, feel free to submit something at the help desk or go there for information. You are payed payed cut of the profits. You can also be a regular contributer and have your own section in each issue! We retain the right to deny putting something in the Journal. Each copy costs 20 Minas. We will have a issue come out every week or so. The selling stand is near the door.

 

 

 

The Job Board

 

Here you can either place jobs on the board that you need done, or take one on. (( the board is the bookcases on the side wall. Jobs are written in a book. )) to place a job, have it written ((in a minecraft book)) and give it to who is at the help desk. They will add it to the board. To take on a job, talk to the help desk and they will give you the claimed job. (( you take the job in the book, you alone able to complete it. )). 

 

Jobs can be anything from getting items, to exploring, hunting beasts, gathering a group, etcetera. ALL JOBS MUST BE LEGAL.

Game room

Here, you can play one of 3 games. 4 in a row ((connect 4)), Jumper ((mini checkers)), and tic tac toe. Just ask at the help desk for game materials and rules. Playing is for free, keeping the rulebook and materials costs some. We may also have tournaments.

 

 

 

The bar

 

The bar is a good place to get a drink to enjoy while playing games. We have 8 drinks to choose from. Some alcoholic, some not, and some for kids. All drinks cost 3 Minas each. Note that there are no seats at at the bar spacifically, you can enjoy your drinks at a game table.

 

 

 

Fiction books

 

We have fiction books to read for free on the left bookcase. If you want to buy a copy, you can do that at the help desk. We have short stories, philosophical books, poetry, and more.

 

 

 

Art

 

((Basically the same as the art stand))

 

We also have art for anyone to look at across from the fiction books. You are free to look at them, but buying a copy costs 10 Minas at the help desk. Also if you want a custom painting made, head to the help desk and we can do it.

This is used for many things, such as a place for the speaker of a meeting to talk to their group, poetry readings, announcements, etc.

Employees are able to have a small room on this floor to live. Though small, it should have everything needed.

 

 

 

Storage room

 

This is a room for Zarion only. No one else is allowed. This is where we keep community center related things stored.

Dance studio

 

The dance studio is where we teach dancing. We teach dances such as the J Waltz, The Truffle Shuffle, and the automaton. A lesson for any one costs 30 minas. Ask at the help desk for this.

 

 

Party room

 

For those feeling up to it, this floor can also act as a dance room. We have many songs on discs, so feel free to ask at the help desk if you and others are feeling up to it. We may also throw party's with free drink there at points. These may be announced beforehand. If you want to throw a party, it costs 100 Minas and lasts for a half a Saints hour.

 

 

 

 

Audience room

 

This floor also serves as an audience and dance room for bands. Bands play on the next floor down. To see them, the floor of the audience room is reinforced glass. Bands may be free or charge entry depending on the band.

 

 

 

 

B2

 

 

 

Band room

 

This room is what bands use to perform. There is a regular piano, a bass piano, and two drum sets. Any band may use this room and the audience rooms for concerts. Just talk to who is at the help desk to set it up.

 

 

 

Band practice room

 

Bands can also practice in this room for free. It is the same room as the one for performing. There is a regular piano, a bass piano, and two drum sets. Just talk to the person at the help desk for access.

 

 

 

Employee hiring

 

We may be hiring at the moment. Enquire at the help desk. Some jobs we may be hiring for include for the lone tree journal as a writer, as a bar tender, as a game teacher, a dance instructor, and possibly others. Pay is done by splitting the total profits fairly.

 

 

Lone Tree Journal Article Writer

 

As a Writer for the journal, you will have your own section. Your content for each issue will need to be approved. Pay will come from a cut of the total profits from the issue.

 

GM Bartender

 

All you need to do is serve drinks, give out game pieces, take back game pieces, and teach people how to play the games. You will need to learn the rules for all 3 games by heart, as well as others in the future.

 

 

Manager

I am looking for a manager to run the community center when I am not available. You will need to learn and know how everything works. This job of course pays higher then most other jobs here.
 

Bands

 

Looking to make a band and need a place to practice and perform? Talk to whoever is at the help desk and we will set you up. Practicing is free, but if your performances have an entry fee, we will take a small cut.
