The Principality of Celia’nor & Kingdom of Norland

Issued Twelve of Snow's Maiden, Seventy Fourth Year of the Second Age

Preamble:
The Kingdom of Norland and The Principality of Celia’nor have not engaged in direct diplomacy since before the war of the Elven Alliance, and with this document both nations (herein ‘the signatories’) seek to lay the groundwork for positive relations between their respective nations.

Article I
The Kingdom of Norland and the Principality of Celia’nor shall guarantee to each other amicable relations, non-aggression toward each other, and an envoy be sent to represent their respective Realm in the sovereign’s court.

1. The amicable relations shall allow each signatory to mutually aid each other in times of non-military crisis and enable the Baronage and Peerage of their respective Realms to intermingle and befriend each other.

2. The non-aggression shall exist between each Realm, forbaying any drastic military conflict between the Realms or the Sovereigns and their Liegemen.

3. The envoy shall represent each signatory in the court of the other, it is the privilege of the sovereign to call an envoy and receive a response within a two month period.

Article II
The Kingdom of Norland and the Principality of Celia’nor both recognize each other's sovereignty and titles.

4. This include the titles of the Baronage of the Kingdom of Norland and the Peerage of the Principality of Celia’nor

   1. The titles held by the Rurikkid Clans, Edvardsson, Eiriksson, and Freysson and the Baronage of the Kingdom of Norland, shall not be undermined by any foreign claimants.

   2. The titles held by the Peerage of the Principality of Celia’nor shall not be undermined by any foreign claimants.

5. If a signatory offers support to illegitimate claimants via recognition the signatories will reconcile immediately by sending an envoy to the wronged party’s court to negotiate withdrawal of support of the illegal claimant.

Article III

The Kingdom of Norland and the Principality of Celia’nor will sign a pact of extradition between each other.

1. The signatories shall turn over any declared criminals of their respective lands for trial in the territory which they committed their crime in.

Article IV

The Kingdom of Norland and the Principality of Celia'nor agree that this pact shall remain in effect for 10 Ash/Elven Weeks
