This article serves as formal agreement of the unification pact between the Iron’Uzg and the Silver State of Haelun’or, henceforth referred to as The Horde.

ARTICLE I : Unification

The two nations will become one, under the Horde’s banner. Under the will of the Rex of the Iron'Uzg, under the will of the spirits, they will thrive and gain in strength.

They are now one army, one nation, one Horde.

As the two nations are now one, an attack on either Haelun’or, a citystate of the Horde, or on any other territories of the Iron’Uzg, would be met with extreme violence.

Additionally, the warriors of the Horde, elven or orkish, agree to military correspondence in order to orchestrate joint training and further cooperation within military affairs, working alongside each other to tackle the threats of this realm.

ARTICLE I.II : DECLARATION OF FRIENDSHIP

The Signatories recognise their people’s ongoing friendship and promise to act in good faith when acting on the geopolitical stage, pursuing further cultural exchange with each other in the name of sharing knowledge and mutual respect.

The Signatories shall exchange warriors and scholars for trials of proving honour; the Akaleh'Misthios of Haelun’or shall endeavour to pursue the right of Honourary within the Iron’Uzg, and the hero-philosophers of the Iron’Uzg shall endeavour to pursue the right of Scholar within the Silver City.

ARTICLE II : Religion

The Horde understands the spiritual nature of the world and, in following the Path given by the spirits, gains greatly, seeking what is truly right in the world. As such, they acknowledge the spiritual truths and laws as evident. In such, the ways will be pursued in accordance with the maehr’sae hiylun’ehya.

ARTICLE III : Payment

As the truest friends of the peoples of the Horde, the great sovereign city state of the silver elves will be liberated from any need to pay protections and tributes, as expected in their own society, they will raise their efforts for the common cause of all. May their colonies be the ones who offer the fruits of toil, and always provide warriors for the horde.

ARTICLE IV : Passage and Land

The Signatories will allow free passage for civilians and refugees through their respective territories. When visiting either signatories’ territories, citizens are expected to abide by the laws and customs of that territory, or colony, or embassy. This is enforced fully by the laws of the Spirits, The Silver Law, and the Will of The Rex, all as the Horde. Recognizing their respective lands and colonies as their respective homelands, and theirs by ancestral rites.

Should an issue or conflict arise which breaches this article, the Signatories agree to handle the matter via appropriate, diplomatic means.

ARTICLE V : SHRINES

The Iron’Uzg will be allowed to place shrines in the forests around the Silver State of Haelun’or and bless the city with their protections, and the current Iron Temple and Blessed Baths shall be expanded and upgraded. The Silver State of Haelun’or will recognise the spiritual nature of the realm, promoting the scientific endeavour into understanding and progressing it in the name of maehr’sae hiylun’ehya.

ARTICLE VI : DURATION

This pact will remain in effect for twenty years. The former silver state of Haelun’or will be allowed to, in perpetuity, withdraw from The Horde. Initially for a period of eight years, will the two be tied, and after that time is up, a reaffirmation will be held to maintain our strongest of bonds

An elven hoplite, brave hero of his citystate, and victor against the 'low elven' usurpers, looks to his fellows, those Urukhiim and brave elves who had always fought alongside one another as true brothers.

"We go forth, and take simply as we need from the blessings of this world. Noble, are we, the HEROS. Those who heft fine choppahs, and Who carry brazen spears and silver masks. May those of lesser births, and tarnished blood look upon us and weep. And know our great privilege"

looks out over the walls of his great Citystate, and the sea beyond! "I dedicate this victory, to Anaxagoras. Dear Ancestor! May we be bold, and the blessings of Larihei and Purity flow forth to all!"

Dropping the anchor on the ship the Uruk looked out at the sea before him with a grin, “More join tha’ horde! Itz’z a hozh tik to be an uruk!” the Dreggoth called out upon the crew before each of them grabbed their weaponry as they set off in the rowboats to pillage the town before him.

Chef Hogo Bojo, Geopolitical Mastermind of Almaris would pop open a new bottle of Carrion Black as he sat by his crackling fireplace as he had many times before. "What an interesting turn of events to be sure. Like I've said time and time again, this continent has been quite surprising and entertaining to be sure. The Geopolitical landscape has constantly undergone large scale changes and in relative brief amounts of time as well." The elderly man would continue to murmur this among other things to himself as he read the missive and continued to drink into the night.

Prince Kosher Daesmon would look over the missive, disgust evident in his eyes as he sat down at an emergency session of his advisors. "What is this shit?" He would throw the missive at his brother, Lord Elliphas Daesmon (@Braydebn) as he tapped the ashes off the end of a cigar. He would glare around the room, a fire in his eyes as he remembered the warm blood of the Haelun'orian rebels on his blade after the siege of their city. His fist would curl into an iron grip, banging on the table as his gaze shot upon one of his eldest heirs, Acanthus (@AgentofDeath13).
"Get me the Rex, NOW."

Malgunuz would stand before the rallying horde of the Iron'Uzg, smiling as they grew in number with each passing day.  He would look out towards Elysium and beyond.  "Diz gunna bi epik."

"Crazy that a traditional purist would turn his nation over to another race." remarks April up in her alchemy lab, stained hands marring the missive.

"You know, I'm something of a warrior myself." stated Haelun'or's most adorable journalist, now a citizen of the Horde, with the proudest of smiles. He would fold his right arm, and with his left palm he'd pinch his nonexistent biceps. No doubt an intimidating sight for any puny scoundrels that may seek to harm the Silver State and the Rexdom. "Peace, at last." he would affirm afterwards, with a sigh of content.

Leika glances at the missive then back to the friend that handed it to her, “your confident I’m not running crazy? I notified people that the horde was taking over. I wonder if haelun’or knows that they are now under control of not only orcs but the vicious creatures of darkness as well.. they avoid one coup and....yet?” Her words trailing off “Thank you for notifying me of such. “ striding to hand the flier over to a few stops then finally to her fathers hands.

A single man on a long journey's brow crinkled languidly at the articles displayed. "I remember scholars speaking of a prouder High Elven people. A people whose battle with the Orcs, destined for defeat, brought their city low in times of Asulon. A people who would surrender their homes and treasures before they surrendered their pride and faculties. It is the errand of a fool or a sage entire to discover what compelled these Elves. Indeed. Agreements such as these reek of the meddling of the outer Gods, enchanting the minds of mortals to set them upon paths exotic. A pathetic sight, in a world where scholasticism is so often seen analog to weakness, that Elves would prove such words veracious."

[!] The High Elven Sohaer signed the document, a weight upon his chest exhaled - the burden lifting just slightly,  though still yet placed - and further challenges undoubtably ahead. "A llir for the Mali'thill people - and a fine llir they have been." spoke the Miravaris to his accompanying delegation. "One looks forward to the development between our people; a furthering of knowledge even now to this 'spirit realm'.." he marveled, a gemstone twirled in left hand - when returned to his palm, it would change in colour, a twinkle in the elf's gaze as he toyed with it. "The Heroic Scholars of the Silver State, and the remarkably Scholarly Heroes of the Iron'Uzg; combining our strengths, a formidable pairing indeed - to hold this balance, the twining of supposed dichotomy. This long-held grudge with the Uruk people, from times of old, finally settled in unity; truly a bright time we live within."

As the delegation returned home, his gaze raised to the sky - a night's scene, speckled with stars and stamped with moon. "One can only hope that Larihei would smile fondly upon this. Let us look forth to the renewed pursuit of both scholarship and hiylun - Larihei herself was ne lacking in combatitive skill. It is only right that we reclaim this heritage, to restore its place alongside our endless pursuit of knowledge - and to place ourselves alongside the Uruk who we've reconciled and worked  with to a very major extent in recent times."
